Summer rates are now in effect. The much talked about (boot camp training) is a 1/2 hour 3 times a week course.
Ages: 16 and up.

Our Program
So, have you tried buying amazing exercise equipment only to find out it sits in your home and never gets used? Instructors
One of our main instructors in the Western Washington area is Jack from Federal Way. Utilizing Gyms, parks and many unconventional methods to get you in shape the fastest, Jack has a proven track record in helping hundreds get into and stay in the best shape of their life while maintaining a very healthy lifestyle.
